SLE Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) creates mobile apps and digital products including Adory. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed for our apps to function. If you have any questions, contact hello@sletech.co.uk.

Information we collect
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera or personal files.

- •Email address when you create an account
- •Your chosen username
- •Your pet name and in-app preferences
- •Any items, backdrops, pets or houses you own
- •Subscription status for Plus or Dories Monthly
1.2 Automatically collected information
- •Device type and operating system
- •Anonymous analytics such as session length and feature usage
- •Push notification token
- •Purchase history for Dories packs and subscriptions
- •Crash reports to help us fix issues
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- •Create and maintain your account
- •Sync your pet, Dories, accessories and progress
- •Deliver purchases and subscriptions
- •Send optional notifications
- •Improve app performance
- •Provide customer support
- •Prevent fraud and abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party services to run Adory:
- •RevenueCat for purchases and subscriptions
- •Apple for App Store payments and push notifications
- •Analytics tools for anonymous usage data
- •Crash reporting tools to fix issues
These services receive only the data required to perform their function.
Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies for analytics and performance. Our apps do not use cookies.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app. When you delete your account:
- •Your profile, pet, Dories, accessories, houses, seasonal progress, friends, gifts, streaks and push tokens are permanently erased
- •Your device data is cleared
- •You return to onboarding
- •Subscription billing continues until you cancel through the App Store

Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Data retention
We keep your data only while your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase your data immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
