This page explains how SLE Tech handles the information you give us when you request access to an app preview. In short: we use it only to send you a password, we store it securely, and we never use it for marketing.
What we collect
When you request access to an SLE Tech app preview, we ask for your first name, surname, email address, business, job role and the specific apps you'd like to preview. We only collect what we need to send you a preview password and understand who is enquiring.
How we use your data
Your data is used for a single purpose: to send you a password that lets you access the app preview(s) you selected. We use your email to deliver that password and to follow up with access details. We do not use your data for any other reason.
No marketing, ever
We will never use your data for marketing. It will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. You will not be added to a newsletter or a mailing list by submitting the access form.
How we store it
Your request is stored securely on our platform and is accessible only to authorised members of the SLE Tech team. We apply appropriate access controls so that the people who need to review your request can see it, and no one else.
Agreeing to data processing
Before you submit the access form, you must tick a box to confirm that you agree to SLE Tech processing your data for the purpose described above. We will not process or store your request without that agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your request only for as long as we need to provide your preview access and respond to your enquiry. After that, your data is removed or securely archived. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, update or delete the data you've given us at any point. To do so, or to ask any question about how we handle your information, email hello@sletech.co.uk and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
